We offer sessions across Newcastle and South Tyneside — including in-home visits, local parks, or online where needed. The exact location depends on the service and what’s best for you and your dog.
What training methods do you use?
All our training is force-free and evidence-based. That means we use kind, ethical techniques that help dogs feel safe, confident, and motivated to learn.
How do I know which service to book?
We offer a free 1:1 assessment call to help guide you. You can tell us what’s going on, and we’ll help you find the most suitable next step — whether that’s a 1:1 programme, a class, or something else.
Do you work with aggressive or reactive dogs?
Yes — this is one of our most common services. Whether your dog barks at other dogs, growls at visitors, or panics on walks, we’ll help you understand why it’s happening and how to make things safer and calmer.
What if my dog doesn’t respond to food?
You’re not alone. Some dogs won’t take treats in certain environments — especially when they’re anxious or overaroused. We personalise training so whether your dog won’t eat, is too excited to think, or finds strangers worrying, we adapt without judgement.
Can both adults in the household attend sessions?
Absolutely — and we encourage it. The more consistency your dog gets, the better.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes — especially for longer programmes. We believe training should be accessible and are happy to discuss options.
